UX/Digital Experience Design Intern (IEFP Eligible) - Immediate Entry

We’re looking for a designer with a strong knack for technology to join VOQIN' Future
LABS, a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to innovation, supporting the company’s internal and external developments in the fields of events, technology and Emotional Thinking.

This is not a conventional UX/UI internship. The UX/Digital Experience Design internship is ideal for someone with a design background who is excited about AI, digital tools, event technology, automations, and
- on tech setups. Basically, its about supporting the best solutions - whether it’s a product, a flow, or simply improving how teams work and learn inside an organization.

This position requires a combination of technical skill, passion for organization, curiosity, creative exploration, and
- team collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Explore and champion digital event platforms used across the company
• Conduct rapid research, map journeys, and create low/high-fidelity
  - ups in Figma (or similar)
• Build clickable prototypes; plan and run usability tests; iterate based on feedback
• Develop responsive UI, iconography, motion cues, and
  - interactions as well as develop brand identity assets
• Maintain component libraries and style guides for internal products
• Help document best practices and turn learnings into clear, accessible guides
• Design communication materials, visuals for demos, pitches, and events.
• Assist in testing and experimenting with new AI and digital solutions
• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for simplification, optimization, or automation
• Experiment with techical solutions for digital, hybrid and
  - person event formats
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth
  - off and
  - end feasibility.
• Present design rationale in clear language, linking choices to
  - thinking principles and business value.
• Stay current on UX, UI, accessibility, emerging tech and AI; share insights with the team.

Your Superpowers:

• Master’s degree in UX/UI, Multimedia, Digital Design, Visual Communication , or similar
• Available for an IEFP internship (recent graduate,
  - time job seeker, or registered unemployed)
• Proefficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Design thinking and
  - centered design approaches with the ability to balance brand identity with user needs
• Team player with a keen eye for aesthetics and passion for emotional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, being able to communicate clearly with colleagues who have different levels of digital literacy
• Problem-solver
• Creative, curious and proactive mindset
• Proactive in learning new platforms and figuring things out independently
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a
  - paced environment
• Interest in creative tech, digital experiments, or prototyping
• Familiarity with AI tools for rapid ideation, content and asset generation
• Some programming ability or a willingness to learn (HTML/CSS, small scripts, or “no-code/low-code” tools)
