We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our product team.

As a key contributor, you’ll shape user experience across web and mobile, working closely with the Product Manager and Engineers to create user‑friendly, simple, and impactful solutions.

The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, facilitating regular in‑person collaboration and hybrid working flexibility.

• Audit and improve current flows and interfaces to enhance usability, accessibility, and clarity.
• Simplify complex experiences for both B2B and B2C user groups.
• Design new experiences that smoothly integrate to the existing product.
• Work within our existing design system and contribute to its evolution.
• Partner with Product Manager and Engineers to define and deliver high‑quality experiences aligned with strategic and technical constraints.
• Communicate ideas effectively using user flows, mockups and prototypes.

Rapid Prototyping & Validation

• Create sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to quickly test and iterate on concepts.
• Use tools like Figma AI, Lovable, and Chat
  GPT (or others) to speed up research, prototyping, and documentation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Mindset

• Ability to balance design quality with time and technical constraints.

Front‑End Knowledge (a big plus)

? Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role designing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your approach to product design, including user flows, wireframes, visual design, and shipped features.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and create intuitive experiences for B2B and/or B2C users.
• Familiarity with using AI‑assisted design tools (e. g. , Figma AI, Lovable, Chat
  GPT) to speed up workflows.
• Fluency in English.
• Autonomous yet highly collaborative.
