About the role
At Merkle, Product Designers help shape experiences that connect people and brands across digital, physical, and emerging platforms. As a Product Designer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, creating
- centered solutions for global brands and collaborating with strategists, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process. This role is ideal for creative,
- oriented designers excited about solving challenges and delivering impactful, consistent, and innovative work.
Job Description
- Contribute to
- centered design projects and support the
-
- end design process—from research and ideation through to user flows, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes. - Assist in translating business and user needs into intuitive, effective product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Participate in collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions with designers, product managers, engineers, and clients to align on project goals.
- Work with design systems and help maintain consistency, usability, and accessibility standards in interfaces.
- Support user research, conduct competitor analysis, and help test design concepts to validate user and business needs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing, and document design decisions as needed.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role (agency, consultancy, preferred).
- A portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design thinking, interaction design, and working across the product or feature lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with interface design, wireframes, and visual presentations.
- Knowledge of UX principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively within teams and with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with current trends and technology in digital product design.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating in
- functional teams and/or agency environments. - Awareness of AI-driven design tools or automation workflows.
- Basic understanding of
- end technologies to better communicate with developers. - Interest in learning about workshop facilitation and design sprints.
