You in a nutshell:

You’re a seasoned Product Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of UX and UI principles, and a deep belief in the power of design to solve real, complex problems for SMEs. You think in systems but care deeply about craft and are energised by working in
- paced environments and
- led teams. Your work has a direct impact on users and business outcomes, and you’re ready to lead work that matters.

What's the role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of shaping intuitive, elegant, and efficient experiences for SMEs. You’ll lead design from discovery through to delivery, working closely with product, engineering, and customers to create experiences that feel effortless even when solving complex problems. As an AI-native designer, you’ll challenge conventions in European SME financial management and push for simple, scalable solutions that deliver big impact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the design process for
  -
  - end user journeys—from framing problems and talking to customers to launching solutions.
• Be the voice of the customer, using research and data to deeply understand SME pain points and design products that address them.
• Set high standards for UX/UI design, inspiring and mentoring others to raise the quality bar.
• Collaborate
  - functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to bring consistency and craft to everything we ship.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on customer feedback, usage data, and business goals.
• Bring clarity to complex problems and help make smart
  - offs between user needs and business goals.

What’s your ideal background?

• 8+ years of experience in product design across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Fintech experience preferred—portfolio should show
  - world problems solved with elegant UX and UI solutions.
• Strong ability to think both strategically and tactically.
• Experience in
  - led environments with
  - functional collaboration.
• Comfortable navigating a startup culture that values autonomy, speed, and iterative learning.
• Able to communicate design decisions clearly with data and customer insights.
