Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
Own the
-
- end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your
- functional team.
Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions
Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designs
Design
- perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines
The minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):
3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX focus, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
Experience with
- driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics
Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders
Critical and design thinking skills

Have good communication and presentation skills
Fluent English both written and spoken
