Your Role: Product Designer
Are you passionate about human-centered design and creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences? As a Product Designer at Up
Hill Health, you’ll play a key role in shaping our products, ensuring they are seamless, scalable, and
- friendly. Your designs will minimize medical errors, improve patient outcomes, and transform the healthcare experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design, prototype, and develop new features and products that enhance healthcare efficiency.
- Create universal, scalable designs that work across multiple platforms.
- Identify user needs through research, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs based on data and feedback.
- Ensure design consistency & coherence across various platforms in collaboration with other designers.
- Work closely with engineers & product managers to deliver
- quality, polished user experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- A portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design, including wireframes, flow maps, information architecture, and
- fidelity prototypes. - Experience designingend-to-end flows, as well as complex user stories (e. g. , healthcare workflows).
- Deep understanding ofuser behavior, design patterns, and
- centered design principles. - Strong visual branding skills to create cohesive product experiences.
- Expert in design tools like Figma, In
Vision, Adobe Creative Suite, or traditional sketching tools.
Bonus Points for
- Experience invector-based illustrations for adaptable design systems.
- Knowledge ofmotion graphics & animation applied to web experiences.
- Experience withAgile methodologies & project management.
- Acurious, creative, and proactive mindset.
