About the Role

- end product development—managing the critical path proactive supplier
- up, and
- functional coordination to deliver on quality, margin, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Critical path ownership: Build, track, and enforce the calendar from concept proto -SMS/PP - TOP - bulk. flag risks and drive recoveries.
• Product engineering: Create and maintain tech packs, BOMs, specs, and grading in PLM.
• Supplier management: Daily
  - up with mills/factories on samples, test reports, costs, and lead times. negotiate MOQs where needed.
• Cross-functional coordination: Align Design, Ops, QC, and E-com to unblock decisions and hit dates.
• Costing & margin: Lead target costing and negotiations to meet margin goals. propose engineering alternatives when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years product development experience in home textiles/apparel (bedding, sleep, and/or loungewear preferred)
• Proficiency with PLM and Adobe Illustrator; strong Excel/Sheets skills
• Managing vendors and timelines across multiple regions (preferably Portugal)
