Your Mission

Lead the development and industrialization of new products at the factory, from concept to mass production, ensuring technical feasibility, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Support Product Engineer in the development/design of new products;
  
  
• Contribute to the product transfer process into production (study phase);
  
  
• Responsible to optimize existent products for European production, collaborating with Product engineer, production and quality teams;
  
  
• Create and review 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e. G. , Solid
  Works, Auto
  CAD);
  
  
• Conduct technical analysis of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure production feasibility;
  
  
• Support prototype development and product validation testing;
  
  
• Assist in product industrialization, including process definition, technical specifications and documentation;
  
  
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations;
  
  
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product development and launch processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CAD software.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• Designer experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within industrial environments.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies (e. G. , APQP, FMEA).
• Proactive mindset and
  - oriented approach.
