We're Hiring! Product Development Engineer

We’re seeking a Product Development Engineer with a background in electrochemical technologies (batteries, fuel cells, sensors, etc. ) and materials processing (such as printing, S2S and R2R). If you have at least 2 years of experience in these areas and are excited about driving innovation, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize electrochemical components and devices
• Work with screen-printing materials processing techniques
• Collaborate with a
  - functional team to improve our product durability, performance, and reliability
• Work with suppliers to screen and identify commercial materials like substrates, adhesives, coatings and functional inks for product
  - up
• Analyse data, and iterate on product solutions
• Contribute to scaling up lab processes for manufacturing

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in product development related to electrochemical systems
• Hands-on expertise in materials processing techniques (e. g. , screen printing, materials curing techniques,
  - to roll processing)
• Strong understanding of electrochemical principles and characterization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment and collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience with programming software like Python to automate batch data processing and batch data analysis
