We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of private label products across sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑growing startup, offering the chance to shape products that reach our expanding global audience.

• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for private label items, from concept to market launch.
• Conduct market research to define product specifications, packaging solutions, pricing strategies, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage supplier relationships (private label, packaging, logistics) to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories.
• Monitor product performance and suggest continuous improvements to meet brand and market expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in product development, private label, or brand product management, including go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to influence and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
