"ROLE: Lead private label product development across categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories. Conduct market research and define specifications, packaging, pricing, and launch strategies. Collaborate with internal departments and manage supplier relationships (private label, packaging, logistics). Supervise the Packaging Designer and oversee development of activewear and sports accessories. Track product performance and suggest improvements to align with market trends and brand goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related area. Fluency in English (mandatory). 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG. Proven expertise in product development, private label management, and
