We are looking for a driven and visionary Product Director – Fleet (m/f/d) to join our global mobility team at SIXT. You will lead a talented tech team to automate and optimize key fleet processes, turning manual workflows into scalable digital solutions. With a hands‑on mindset, you collaborate closely with local fleet teams, dive deep into data to uncover insights, and craft intuitive user experiences across the full vehicle lifecycle — from acquisition to de‑fleeting.

In this leadership role, you will guide two additional product managers and their teams, defining the strategic direction for fleet technology at SIXT. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact on SIXT’s profitability and shape the future of mobility.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You define and execute the product vision and strategy for SIXT’s fleet technology, ensuring scalable, data‑driven solutions.
• You drive the digital transformation of vehicle lifecycle processes — from purchasing and in‑fleeting to de‑fleeting — optimizing operational efficiency.
• You partner closely with fleet and operations teams to identify pain points, gather user insights, and deliver impactful solutions.
• You lead and mentor multiple product teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
• You analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements that boost global fleet KPIs.
• You act as a key driver of change, inspiring teams with a clear mission to create superior user experiences and tangible business results.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You bring 5+ years of product management experience in an agile environment, ideally in mobility, Saa
  S, or complex operational contexts.
• You are data‑driven, strategic, and analytical — confident in making decisions backed by insights and measurable outcomes.
• You have strong leadership and communication skills, enabling alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• You possess hands‑on experience with Product Information Management or Inventory Management Saa
  S and understand end‑to‑end operational processes.
• You thrive in dynamic environments with an entrepreneurial mindset and structured approach.
• You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
