Job Description:

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Product Director for one of our clients, an international supplier specializing in Luxury-Premium Knitwear. The position is based in Guimarães, Portugal.

Our consultancy collaborates with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Braga, and Amsterdam.

• Leading involvement in product development, production processes, sales, finance, and HR.
• Collaborating closely with the operations manager overseeing production.
• Monitoring development and serving as the main contact for sales teams.
• Overseeing product development, production, purchasing, and quotations through daily team meetings.
• Working with the group's founder and managing partner to develop, motivate, and unify teams.
• Managing communication with clients, including
  - up emails, technical dossiers, planning, costing, technical feasibility, delays, and prioritization of delivery and development.
• Leading the team to ensure a commercial approach tailored to each client and understanding specific product needs.
• Required international experience in
  - end products.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in textile production.
• Valued personal and professional traits:
  - oriented, structured, reactive, adaptable to international environments and cultures.
• A passion for fashion and products, with a good understanding of sector challenges like prioritization, development, production deadlines, and planning.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or French is a plus.
