From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a Product Director for one of our clients, an international supplier specialized in Luxury-Premium Knitwear. The position is based in Guimarães, Portugal.

Our consultancy works with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Braga, and Amsterdam.

Job Description:

• Involvement in product development, production processes, sales, finance, and human resources.
• Work closely with the operations manager responsible for the entire production process.
• Monitor development and serve as the main contact point with sales staff.
• Oversee product development, production, purchasing, and quotations through daily team meetings.
• Collaborate with the Group's founder and managing partner to develop, motivate, and unify teams.
• Coordinate communication with clients:
  - up emails, technical dossiers, planning, costing, technical feasibility, managing delays, and prioritizing delivery and development.
• Manage the team to ensure a commercial approach tailored to each client and a clear understanding of the specific product needs.

Requirements:

• International experience in
  - end products.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in textile production.
• Valued personal and professional traits:
  - oriented, structured, reactive, adaptable to international environments and cultures.
• A passion for fashion and products, with an understanding of sector challenges: organizing priorities, development and production deadlines, planning.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or French is a plus.
