What we’re looking for

You’re a builder who thrives at the frontier of AI agents, customer experience, and
- commerce. We’re looking for someone who can own critical domains in our AI agent ecosystem. You’ll build new capabilities, shape evaluation and QA systems, and collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to create the infrastructure for the future of
- commerce and CX. You
- 't just execute—you-'ll bring strong opinions, push back when something isn’t worth building, and help us choose the right bets.

You have

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building technical B2B products, ideally in CX,
  - commerce, or AI automation
• AI-native mindset — you already use tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or Chat
  GPT daily to build and ship faster
• Full-stack fluency — React, Type
  Script, Node. js, APIs, integrations, data modeling
• Comfort working directly with clients and solving complex,
  - world problems
• Curiosity and a builder’s DNA — you like figuring things out, not just following specs
• Product judgment —
  - 're able to build product with agency and autonomy

What you’ll do

• Build new agent capabilities

• Translate messy customer workflows into elegant product features and deployment opportunities
• Design and ship evaluation and QA systems that improve agent performance over time
• Expand our integrations ecosystem by shipping new platforms and enterprise connections
• Own platform automation and onboarding to help customers go live in days, not weeks
• Work across multiple initiatives at once, balancing speed with thoughtful

• Partner with product, design, and leadership to shape what gets built—and what doesn’t
