Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS), created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal, provides financial services for Air Liquide European entities and has expanded to over 400 employees across Lisbon, Tomar, and Guarda. Its scope now includes entities in Africa, Middle East, and India, and extends beyond finance to include Human Resources.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As part of an international team, the Asset Supervision & Control product expert's main mission is to gather end users' needs, share them with stakeholders, and contribute to the product roadmap. You will act as a relay between IT and end users, supporting and evolving the products.

You will contribute to the Asset Supervision & Control portfolio serving thousands of users within Air Liquide, becoming a trusted contact for solutions like PI from AVEVA, understanding customer needs, and resolving pain points.

• Support Asset Supervision & Control globally and ensure high availability
• Document and share knowledge, analyze incidents, and propose actions
• Participate in deploying solutions, their evolution, and sustainability with
  - effectiveness
• Assist product managers in technical and financial development activities
• Contribute to technical specifications and functional documentation for evolutions

Are you a MATCH?

• A Master’s degree (5 years after high school)
• 2-5 years experience with Industrial Historian Systems (like PI from AVEVA) and/or SCADA systems
• Knowledge of industrial protocols like OPC, Modbus
• IT knowledge: network, database, systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation
