Product Expert-Mobilit

As a Product Expert Mobility you will be part of the Product Management & Innovation team within the Mobility Line of Business of Allianz Partners. Reporting to the Head of Product Management & Innovation (Mobility Line of Buiness), and working closely with many other stakeholders on international basis, you will support and develop the product and account portfolio of the Mobility Line of Business.

As a Product Expert Mobility you will be part of the Product Management & Innovation team within the Mobility Line of Business of Allianz Partners. Reporting to the Head of Product Management & Innovation (Mobility Line of Buiness), and working closely with many other stakeholders on international basis, you will support and develop the product and account portfolio of the Mobility Line of Business.

The Product Expert Mobility is situated in a dedicated team of experienced product and project managers that lead the development, management and implementation of international motor insurance programs – together with subject matter experts from underwriting, pricing, legal, sales – as well as with local Allianz entities.

The Product Management & Innovation team is part of the Mobility Line of Business within Allianz Partners – which provides international insurance and service solutions for all kinds of mobility clients, such as mobility platforms, car manufacturers and shared mobility providers.

Allianz Partners is the entity within the Allianz Group for international B2B2C business for mobility, assistance, health and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and steer international
  - functional project teams in the development and implementation of innovative insurance and service solutions – in close collaboration with business partners, local Allianz entities and experts from underwriting, pricing, legal
• Develop strategies for new insurance and service solutions for innovative mobility segments in line with latest market needs
• Create solutions that cater for the insurance and service needs of mobility clients consisting of
  -
  - class products and efficient processes
  
  

What You Bring

• Master’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Legal science or Insurance studies, Finance, Engineering or IT
• Excellent verbal and written English required, proficient German and/or French as additional foreign language skills are advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance and/or related services industry or in management consulting for the financial services, insurance or mobility services industry – preferably in the area of innovation and/or product development
• Strong conceptual thinking and creativity to design new and flexible solutions to complex problems
• High ownership to not only develop but also implement solutions end to end
• Proven track record of successful project management in a
  - paced, dynamic and international environment; ability and motivation to handle complex projects, competing priorities, challenging requirements and to overcome possible internal and external obstacles
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation and mediation) and ability to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong
  - motivation and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
• Experience in motor insurance is a plus
• Optimize data flow and storage across systems through effective Data Management
• Competence in/curiosity for Conversational AI technologies to enhance user experience and automate customer service
