Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Customer Experience Solutions product group, ensuring alignment with company vision and market demands.
• Use
  - driven insights to inform product strategies, improve competitiveness, and ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
• Act as a technical opinion leader, sharing knowledge to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders by providing strategic guidance and acting as a trusted advisor to optimize product strategies.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Expertise in IT product management and leadership, including product lifecycle, customer experience, strategy, business processes, and compliance, gained through education and experience.
• Proven experience managing large projects or processes, with a track record of influencing others and driving innovation.
• Ability to leverage data insights to inform strategies and ensure standards and sustainability compliance.
• Experience designing, building, and managing
  - scale software systems over several years.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to define and monitor relevant OKRs and KPIs, aligning with stakeholders.
• Passion for
  - centric digital products, with an innovative and visionary mindset suited for international environments.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
