Your Role

The Product Group Lead of Customer Experience Solutions (m/f/d) is a strategic role focused on enhancing IT products to improve customer experience. Responsibilities include leading
- functional teams, using
- driven insights for product strategy, and ensuring alignment with market needs, industry standards, and sustainability goals. The position demands expertise in managing large projects, influencing others, and acting as a technical leader. Ultimately, the role supports business objectives and strengthens Kuehne+Nagel's reputation as a reliable supply chain partner. This role operates autonomously, overseeing large projects or processes at both regional and global levels. Your Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the customer experience solutions product group, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demands.
• Leverage
  - driven insights to inform product strategies, improve market competitiveness, and ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
• Act as a technical opinion leader, gathering and sharing knowledge and expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Enhance and strengthen partnerships with your business stakeholders by providing strategic guidance and serving as a trusted advisor to optimize product strategies.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Expertise in IT product management and leadership (product lifecycle, customer experience management, product strategy, product breakdown structure, business processes, product compliance) obtained through advanced education and relevant work experience.
• Significant experience managing large projects or processes, with a proven track record of influencing others and driving innovation.
• Expertise in leveraging
  - driven insights to inform product strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
• Established track record of successfully designing, building, and managing
  - scale software systems over multiple years.
• Proven leadership expertise with extensive experience in managing and guiding heterogeneous teams effectively.
• Skilled in defining and monitoring relevant OKRs and KPIs for products, ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for
  - centric approaches and digital
  - focused products, combined with a communicative, innovative, and visionary mindset that thrives in international and diverse environments.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
