Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Innovation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business results.

Your primary focus will be on leading the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with
- functional teams to ensure deliveries meet defined objectives and align with our company's strategic goals.

You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, managing stakeholders, and communicating objectives, challenges, and success metrics. Your analytical skills will be crucial in uncovering insights and translating data into improvement and growth opportunities.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and tracking KPIs to monitor product performance and impact. You will conduct market research, user research, and benchmarking to keep our products competitive and innovative.

Main Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles, preferably in digital products, Saa
  S, or financial platforms;
• 4+ years of experience in digital product management and strategy, with a strong command of agile methodologies and the product lifecycle;
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps with
  - on experience in agile practices;
• Practical knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma;
• Analytical skills to uncover insights and translate data into improvement and growth opportunities;
• Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to lead initiatives, even in uncertain environments;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and business teams;
• Availability to start within the next 0–2 months.
