• Lead private label product development across categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories.
• Conduct market research and define specifications, packaging, pricing, and launch strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and manage supplier relationships (private label, packaging, logistics).
• Supervise the Packaging Designer and oversee development of activewear and sports accessories.
• Track product performance and suggest improvements to align with market trends and brand goals.
• Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related area; Fluency in English (mandatory); 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG; Proven expertise in product development, private label management, and

  - market execution; Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills; Proactive, results‑oriented, and collaborative team player.
