• Lead the
  -
  - end development and launch of private label products across multiple categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories.
• Conduct market research, define product specifications, packaging strategies, pricing, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with suppliers (private label, packaging, logistics), ensuring efficient execution.
• Manage the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements to meet market and brand expectations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven experience in product development, private label or brand product management, and
  -
  - market strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and
  - driven.
• Ability to influence and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers at all organizational levels.
