As a Product Lifetime Extension Specialist, you will be overseeing the process of service provided to customers to extend the product support for our customers worldwide. You will also be involved in the process of customer communication about Product Obsolescence. You will be a vital part of the growing Marketing Business Processes Management team.

In your new role, you will:

• Manage process of product lifetime extension service which includes timeline and volume extension, price management, stock availability and customer offer preparation
• Review of outgoing Product Discontinuation documents in compliance with the business process and JEDEC standard. Collaborate with the Marketing team on updates
• Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Customer Logistic Management teams
• Collaborate with IT and Tool Owners for resolving issues and improvements in the tools. Participate in User Acceptance testing of multiple tools
• Own and maintain process documentation and training. Participate in the process improvements projects.
• Own the change management for the process and drive decisions
• Act as a
  -
  - person for Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Customer Logistic Management communities. Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within these communities
• Own and support global process improvements projects

You are a
- motivated,
- oriented, and organized person with a strong customer and process orientation and an eagerness to communicate with different stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power
  Point
• 1-3 years of Supply Chain experience is required
• Good analytical skills with experience in Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Highly people oriented and motivated in deep collaboration
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
