Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders on SI Buildings products and applications, including: Valves, actuators, damper actuators, variable speed drives, HVAC sensors, BMS controllers, and related software for building automation
• Organizing and delivering training sessions on the setup, programming and application of automation products
• Collaborating regularly with
  - functional teams and participating in periodic meetings with international colleagues and Global Tech Units
• Supporting the localization and adaptation of technical documentation and training materials for the Portuguese market
• Assisting with the launch of new products and updates, ensuring an effective rollout to stakeholders
• Monitoring relevant market developments and customer needs, sharing observations with the wider team

Your success will be supported by

• A
  - oriented attitude, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts related to building automation
• Proactive approach to
  - solving and continuous learning
• Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English for effective communication with international teams

We are looking for someone with

• Engineering degree, preferably in electronics, automation, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience (internship or first job) in technical support, product/application engineering or presales is a plus
• Interest in building automation technologies and digital solutions for smart infrastructure
• Motivation to develop in an international, multicultural environment
