Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders on SI Buildings products and applications, including: Valves, actuators, damper actuators, variable speed drives, HVAC sensors, BMS controllers, and related software for building automation
- Organizing and delivering training sessions on the setup, programming and application of automation products
- Collaborating regularly with
- functional teams and participating in periodic meetings with international colleagues and Global Tech Units - Supporting the localization and adaptation of technical documentation and training materials for the Portuguese market
- Assisting with the launch of new products and updates, ensuring an effective rollout to stakeholders
- Monitoring relevant market developments and customer needs, sharing observations with the wider team
Your success will be supported by
- A
- oriented attitude, with strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts related to building automation
- Proactive approach to
- solving and continuous learning - Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English for effective communication with international teams
We are looking for someone with
- Engineering degree, preferably in electronics, automation, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience (internship or first job) in technical support, product/application engineering or presales is a plus
- Interest in building automation technologies and digital solutions for smart infrastructure
- Motivation to develop in an international, multicultural environment
