What You’ll Own & Deliver (Responsibilities)

• Extreme Ownership: Take full accountability for the product’s success, including market research, vision, roadmap delivery, growth, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and strategic roadmap to

  - market, launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Growth Champion: Own and execute growth strategies with rigorous experimentation and analytics.
• Customer & Market Insight: Conduct deep market and user research, lead the Voice of the Customer, and apply Jobs-to-be-Done to translate user problems into product requirements and user stories.
• Requirements & Communication Mastery: Prioritize strategically, write clear PRDs, and communicate the product vision and impact to stakeholders and leadership.
• Data-Informed Decision Making: Use quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights and prioritize the roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and offshore teams to deliver
  - quality products on schedule.
• AI & ML Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI technologies (NLP, Speech, Computer Vision) and identify opportunities to differentiate the product.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Build partnerships, manage competing priorities, and influence without formal authority.

What You Bring To The Table (Skills & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: BA/Management, Computer Science, Data Analysis/Science or equivalent). 4+ years of experience managing Saa
  S, Marketplace, APIs, or similar technical products with demonstrated growth impact.
• Proven track record of owning product outcomes with accountability for successes and learning from setbacks.
• Ability to guide strategy, clarify complex requirements, and provide thought leadership to teams.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and customer LTV optimization; experience with acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization metrics.
• Deep empathy for users with experience in user research, prototyping, and applying Jobs-to-be-Done methodologies.
• Skilled in SQL and proficient with product analytics platforms (Google Analytics GA4, Amplitude, Power
  BI, Hub
  Spot, Microsoft Clarity, etc. ). Ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Experience with web technologies, APIs, 3rd-party integrations, and CMS platforms like Strapi and Word
  Press.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, PRDs, planning, prioritization, and storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to balance competing needs with influence and strategic insight.
• Agile and Lean mindset; adaptable in a

• Excellent written and verbal communication of ideas, product vision, and updates to all organizational levels.
