The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager, preferably with a software background, to lead the operations necessary to develop and continuously evolve the Ubi
Rider Platform.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure our product roadmap delivers maximum impact — aligning user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
This is a

- executed products, balancing strategy with execution, and loves working at the intersection of mobility, technology, and user experience.
Responsibilities
Lead product development from strategy to delivery, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for the Ubi
Rider Platform.
Translate business, user and financial operations (Fin
Ops) requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and
- quality releases.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support
- making through data, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
Coordinate
- functional teams: serve as the central hub of communication, aligning engineers, designers and business teams to ensure a unified and cohesive effort.

Experience in product management or technical product ownership.
Solid understanding of software development processes (preferably Saa
S, API-based platforms, mobile apps).
Experience working with agile teams and tools (e. g. Linear, Github).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and organize multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset and ability to make data and financial driven decisions.
Ability to perform business and financial analysis to align technology solutions with business goals, driving scalability and superior commercial margins.
Ability to report information and updates in a clear, concise, and meaningful manner
Fluency in English. Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in projects with Machine Learning, AI, or knowledge extraction.
Experience in the mobility, transportation, or payment systems industries.
Familiarity with API-based platforms, cloud environments, and mobile apps.
IT-related graduation or experience.
