You will join our AI team in Lisbon or Oporto and become part of our global team that excels in developing and delivering AI solutions across Europe, Brazil, the Middle East, and North America.

Your responsibilities include:
- Shape Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine Apgar
IA's product vision and strategy. - Drive the Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and iterate on the product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Translate Requirements into Action: Gather user requirements and convert them into clear user stories and specifications for engineering.
- Lead Discovery & Validation: Own the product discovery and validation processes, leveraging customer interviews, analytics, and feedback loops.
- Be the Customer Advocate: Represent the voice of the user, championing features that increase adoption and satisfaction.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide expert support, address challenges proactively, and remove obstacles.
- Leverage Customer Insights: Analyze user feedback to inform product evolution and customer success strategies.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop deep relationships with key users and stakeholders.
- Drive Growth Opportunities: Identify avenues for product adoption, upselling, and expansion within existing accounts.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for strategic initiatives.
Requirements include:
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in SAP functional or technical roles related to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Operations, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, or production scheduling.
- Proven experience delivering supply chain solutions for B2B enterprise clients.
- Strong background in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience in
- facing roles, including product discovery and stakeholder management. - Experience in product management, especially with B2B Saa
S or AI-based products, is a plus. - Ability to identify and capitalize on product expansion or upselling opportunities is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Research, or related fields.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred experience includes:
- Experience in software product management.
- Knowledge in deploying software applications for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience leading functional teams.
