What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
We are looking for a senior Product Manager who will bring our mobile and
- based solutions to the next level by improving user experience, simplifying integrations with external parties, optimizing configurations and operational maintenance. This role focuses on technical product management including stakeholder management, road mapping, requirements analysis, data analysis, and shaping technical solutions collaboratively with subject matter experts and the development team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Management: engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations and communicate progress. Ensure transparency and alignment between technical teams and business units.
- Product Strategy and Road mapping: build and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Contribute to the vision and product strategy.
- Requirement Analysis: conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories. Ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are understood and addressed.
- Solution Shaping: collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects and development team to design and shape software solutions based on analysis results. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Agile Development: act as Product Owner in a scrum setting, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of
- quality components. Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. - Documentation and Training: ensure comprehensive documentation of the product features, functionalities and processes. Provide training and support to users and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements and qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with mobile and POS terminal applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certifications are preferred.
- Experience with managing products which are a combination of software and hardware (e. g. PAX terminal with
- installed applications). - Experience with terminal management systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, comfortable working in a dynamic and
- paced environment. - Proactive and
- oriented with a focus on continuous improvements and innovation. - Attention to details, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work.
