Responsibilities

1. Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on Global Blue’s strategic direction, objectives, KPIs, and consumer needs.
2. Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to develop and optimize the user experience on mobile.
3. Manage the entire product lifecycle in collaboration with the commercial team.
4. Partner with Design and User Experience teams to design a
   - quality user experience.
5. Define product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical teams.
6. Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog.
7. Promote the product to internal and external customers/partners.
8. Analyze feature performance, product KPIs, and customer feedback to improve the user journey and overall experience.
9. Demonstrate strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit.
10. Maintain a strong customer orientation to build a
    -
    - class user experience.
11. Actively seek innovative ways to enhance user experience.
12. Apply strong analytical thinking to design complex,
    - friendly workflows.
13. Keep a comprehensive understanding of current web and mobile technologies and best practices.
14. Design information structures, data hierarchies, user flows, and usability principles.
15. Combine KPI-driven business needs with
    - user expectations effectively.
16. Work independently and collaboratively, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management role with
  - facing mobile technology, ideally in transactional environments such as banking or insurance.
• Completed education in Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to develop new mobile products aligned with market needs and company strategy.
• Experience working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of agile software development processes.
