Responsibilities

• - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading at least two engineering teams with a deep understanding of different user personas (CISO, App
  Sec Manager, and others) and their needs.
• - Execute the roadmap in collaboration with a
  - functional team of developers, QA, and Program Manager, ensuring continuous delivery of customer value.
• - Partner with the Head of Product Management to define and prioritize the backlog, creating epics and user stories, while using data to drive prioritization of features and quality improvements.
• - Collaborate closely with customer developers, sales, R&D, support, and other product managers to deliver releases that meet business needs and integrate seamlessly into company’s unified
  - based product portfolio.
• - Act as a thought leader, ensuring impactful and integrated customer experiences.
• - +5 years experience as a Product Manager.
• - Proven experience working with B2B Saa
  S/Cloud products.
• - Strong technical background with
  - on experience using data tools (e. g. , Gainsight, Pendo).
• - Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with development teams and internal stakeholders.
• - Experience with agile methodologies and MVP approaches.
• - Demonstrated analytical, structured, and
  - driven
  - solving skills to prioritize complex,
  - dimensional challenges.
• - Living in Braga (Hybrid role)
• - Fluent level of English.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management (or equivalent).
• Proven experience with B2B Saa
  S/Cloud products.
• Strong technical background with data tools usage.
• Excellent communication with development teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and MVP approaches.
