Overview
This role is not another product job. It’s a chance to define a new category: The Operating System for Human Greatness augmented with AI. You will work with complex data like the human mind, bring design‑led, science‑backed, AI‑powered, global experiences, and create an ambitious ecosystem that empowers users at scale.
What you’ll do
- Own the product strategy: translate the founder’s vision into clear strategy, roadmap and EPICs for the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership).
- Design and ship end‑to‑end features that integrate behavioral science and adaptive AI, experimenting fast, measuring activation, retention and transformation rates.
- Lead data‑driven insights: analyze user patterns, build experiments, define success metrics and tie product outcomes to business KPIs and lifetime value.
- Guide the development of loops, pods, personalization, and other building blocks of the Paradox OS.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, engineers, coaches, and filmmakers to keep experience on the cutting edge.
- Work with AI experts to prototype new AI‑personalised coaching experiences.
Your Missions
- Product strategy – roadmap, feature prioritisation, and vision translation.
- User insight—weekly discovery, behavioural hypothesis, experimental design.
- Prototype, ship, learn quickly—MVPs, fine‑tune metrics, weekly iterations.
- Analytics – define & track activation, retention, transformation, KPI linkage.
- AI & innovation – prototype, cut waste, maintain budgeting, storytelling of impact.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner in Ed
Tech, Saa
S or Consumer Tech. - Bonus: experience with AI‑driven products, learning design or personal development platforms.
- Proven at least one large feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
- Comfortable with Figma and prototyping.
