Your Mission

As Product Manager, you’ll be the architect of a new category, transforming growth into a living ecosystem powered by AI, behavioral science, and design. You’ll craft experiences that rewire behavior, bring clarity between vision and execution, and turn “we should build this” into “it’s live, here’s the data and tangible impact. ” Every product cycle integrates protocols, pods, loops, and personalization.

Main Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Translate the founder’s vision into a clear product strategy. Build and maintain the roadmap that connects business, user outcomes, and tech innovation. Ensure every feature supports the ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership.
• User Understanding & Behavioral Insight: Obsess about user problems. Talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, identify transformation breaks. Turn insights into actionable product hypotheses. Design loops, feedback, and rituals that make growth tangible.
• Build, Ship, Learn Fast: Apply Lean Startup methodology to validate ideas through MVPs. Design experiments and measurable success metrics before building. Iterate weekly on new hypotheses.
• Product Analytics & Impact Measurement: Define and track activation, retention, transformation rates. Connect data to business KPIs and prove transformation. Help marketing leverage data for

• AI & Learning Innovation: Prototype new AI-powered experiences. Cut waste, challenge spending, increase margin. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Blend emotions with precision to create visceral experiences grounded in behavioral science.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 3–6 years as Product Manager/Owner in Ed
  Tech, Saa
  S, or Consumer Tech. Bonus: AI-driven products, learning design, or personal development. Shipped at least one major feature

  - end with measurable results. Uses Figma comfortably, prototypes directly.
• Traits: Craft-obsessed;

Language

French: native.

English: fluent; can hold conversations with English-speaking colleagues. Written communication is in English.
