Product Manager - Culinary Tech
to own the software and systems that form the backbone of our culinary operations. This is a
- on role focused on optimizing the internal tools and processes that enable our culinary, procurement, and operations teams to bring our recipes to life.
You will immerse yourself in the complex workflows of menu creation, ingredient sourcing, recipe data management, and kitchen production. Your mission is to identify pain points, streamline processes, and build intuitive internal products that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and allow our operations to scale efficiently. You will act as the crucial bridge between our operational experts and our engineering teams, translating deep process understanding into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
What You'll Do
Own the Internal Product Roadmap:
Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for the culinary technology squad, focusing on initiatives that deliver the highest impact on operational efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Become the Process Expert:
Develop a deep understanding of the

- end process of recipe creation, menu planning, and ingredient management. You will map existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for technological improvement and automation.
Champion the Internal User:
Work

- side with our Culinary, Procurement, and Operations teams. You will be their advocate, gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis to build tools they love to use.
Drive Agile Execution:
Lead the product development lifecycle in an agile environment. You will write clear user stories, manage sprints, and facilitate ceremonies to ensure your squad is effective and aligned.
Optimize with Data:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, error reduction, process speed, and internal user satisfaction. Use this data to validate your roadmap and measure the impact of your work.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Serve as the central communication point for your product area, ensuring stakeholders from across the organization are informed of your roadmap, progress, and the impact of your initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably working on internal tools, operational platforms, B2B Saa
S, or complex workflow systems.
A Systems-Thinker:
You have a natural ability to understand, map, and analyze complex processes and systems to find opportunities for improvement.
Proven Agile Experience:
A strong understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record of managing a product backlog and leading a development team.
Exceptional Stakeholder Management:
You are skilled at working with diverse,
- technical internal users, understanding their needs, and translating them into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
User Empathy for Internal Teams:
A genuine curiosity and drive to solve problems for your colleagues, with a demonstrated ability to build tools that are both powerful and

Hands-On Mentality:
You are a proactive,

- solver who isn't afraid to get into the weeds of a process to understand it fully.
Preferred
Experience in food tech, supply chain management, manufacturing, or inventory management systems.
Direct experience working with or building solutions for ERP systems or
- built internal platforms.
