Responsibilities
- Support retailing transformation of the travel industry by delivering orders and airport experience of the future.
- Enabling travel experience, operational efficiency, and brand differentiation for airlines with customer & journey centricity.
- Contribute to a core “incubation” team with Product Managers, UX, Solutions & pre‑sales, and work closely with engineering counterparts in France, UK, India, and Australia.
- Collaborate globally with customers, engineering teams, and pre‑sales teams in all geographical markets and locations.
- Report to the Head of Product.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the Regulatory Hub Product of the Delivery Management portfolio, serving airlines customers in multiple solutions.
- Build a deep understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, and potential partners.
- Acquire deep product and portfolio knowledge.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Pilot product design, build, delivery, and implementation with engineering and project teams.
- Monitor product success through opportunity management, value hypothesis definition & validation, and maintaining financial business cases.
- Contribute to innovation with engineering teams.
- Drive go‑to‑market strategy with product marketing and empower sales, accounts, and solution teams to promote products confidently.
- Own the product business case.
- Contribute to building a local product management practice.
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (industry, partners, customers).

Ideal Candidate
- Over 2 years’ prior experience as a Product Manager or at least 5 years in activities closely related to product management such as Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Agile and scaled Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and hands‑on experience within Agile Release Trains.
- Effective communication skills and analytical thinking to manage internal and external interactions and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- A big appetite to learn about complex ecosystems and solutions, driving internal & external discussions and continuous improvement.
- Ability to navigate between high‑level strategic and detailed functional solutions discussions.
- Software product design experience is a plus.
- Autonomous, proactive, and self‑learner.
