Position: Product Launch Manager

Responsibilities: Lead the
-
- end development and launch of private label products across multiple categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories. Conduct market research, define product specifications, packaging strategies, pricing, and launch plans. Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with suppliers (private label, packaging, logistics). Manage the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories. Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in product development and

  - market strategy.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive and
  - driven profile.
