? The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong UX & product design skills and a strong interest in leveraging AI technologies. In this role, you will support the execution of the product strategy defined by our Head of Product. You will build
- centric solutions and manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. You will identify customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, facilitating regular
- person collaboration and hybrid working flexibility.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Product to support product direction and priorities.
• Analyze and triage feature requests to identify recurring user needs and inform roadmap planning.
• Conduct user research (interviews, analytics) to understand customer pain points and validate ideas.
• Work closely with product designers and engineers to develop and deliver intuitive,
  - centric features.
• Follow up on bugs, clarify scope, and ensure effective coordination with engineering for resolution.
• Support quality assurance by testing features, identifying inconsistencies, and validating fixes.
• Contribute to the discovery and implementation of innovative solutions, including the use of AI tools.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and support prioritization.

? Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on UX and digital product design.
• Proven ability managing products through full development cycles, from research to launch.
• Skilled in user research methodologies such as interviews and
  - driven analysis.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies in
  - functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Familiarity with technical aspects of product development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product enhancement or innovation.
