Product Manager
We are looking for a talented and creative Product Manager to join our client's team in Madeira.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Director to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps, with a particular focus on
- driven improvements and retention growth - Drive the product lifecycle within assigned areas (e. g. , subscriptions, ad performance, contact monetization), ensuring successful delivery in alignment with business needs
- Partner with design, development, and business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable features and measurable outcomes
- Analyze quantitative data sources (e. g. , Post
Hog, Hotjar, internal dashboards) to extract behavioral insights, identify
- off points, and propose optimizations - Design, run and interpret A/B tests and user experiments to validate hypotheses and guide iterative development
- Define, track, and communicate KPIs and success metrics, working closely with data and analytics teams to improve performance visibility
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience in behavioral analysis, cohort tracking, funnel optimization, and
- led growth initiatives - Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Post
Hog, Hotjar, and experimentation platforms (e. g. , VWO, Optimizely) - Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning and working with development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and advocate for solutions persuasively
- Proactive, curious and pragmatic – always focused on impact and learning fast
- Fluency in English is essential
