We are in search of a Product Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, youdll play a crucial role in identifying pain points, defining requirements, and helping implement solutions across
- house software,
- party tools, and integrated services that enable Bloq. it to scale efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the
  -
  - end lifecycle of the Operations platform, covering internal tools, 3rd-party software, and integration layers, from discovery to deployment and optimization;
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience for internal teams and external partners;
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility;
• Collaborate
  - functionally with engineering, design, data, hardware, and operations teams to deliver
  - quality, scalable solutions on time;
• Translate complex requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications;
• Leverage data and user insights to drive
  - making, measure success, and inform iterative improvements;
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment via regular product reviews, demos, and status updates;
• Advocate for the product internally and externally, evangelizing new features and gathering feedback to fuel continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally focused on internal platforms, operations tooling, or enterprise systems;
• Proven success managing product roadmaps and shipping features in agile/lean teams;
• Solid technical understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructures (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or embedded firmware;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions;
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and
  - technical audiences and foster collaboration;
• Experience working with
  - related products, Io
  T, logistics, or
  - mile delivery solutions is a plus;
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
