We’re looking for a talented and motivated Product Manager to help shape the future of software testing with Design Wise, our intelligent test design optimization tool. This is a

Design Wise empowers teams to create lean, impactful test sets using intelligent algorithms proven to surface more defects than traditional test design methods.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the direction, feature set, and release cadence for your projects.
• Work with customers, internal stakeholders, and remote development teams to define product features.
• Document future product features and requirements into organized written product requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D leadership to build innovative products for our customers.
• Influence

  - market (GTM) strategies, working

  - hand with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to shape product and marketing strategies.
• Track product adoption, user engagement, and market traction to refine messaging and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate product development progress with various development teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to communicate product roadmap updates and deliver successful releases with a great end customer experience.
• Think creatively to solve problems and remove obstacles.
• Interact with all levels and departments of a major software company, requiring strong communication and influencing skills.

Must-have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or similar roles.
• Excellent
  - solving skills; unanswered riddles motivate you.
• Hands-on experience with products, including installation and usage, to understand target personas.
• Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and large organizations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Effective management of multiple projects and questions from team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and terminology.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with testing tools or previous work in QA/QE roles to understand customer needs.
• Technical background related to development tools and the software development life cycle.
• Experience in project management, release management, or QA management.
• Experience collaborating with other product managers on projects and releases.
