Our Move program supports inactive individuals, those in pain, or managing chronic conditions through a digital movement solution tailored to their needs. Members are paired with a dedicated Physical Health Specialist who creates personalized movement plans, offers

- one support, and helps build confidence and consistency. Using wearable sensors, guided sessions, and a
- free environment, Move makes it easier to feel better—one step at a time. The Move team—spanning Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Operations—collaborates to deliver compassionate,
- based care that improves health, enhances quality of life, and reduces costs for our partners.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and size
- impact opportunities across the member journey, focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention. - Develop and execute growth strategies across content, touchpoints, and engagement loops, translating insights into initiatives that improve key metrics.
- Turn strategic goals into clear, testable, and scalable workstreams, collaborating with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Partner with
- functional teams to scope and implement initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring organizational alignment. - Act as the strategic driver behind execution—connecting teams, removing obstacles, and ensuring progress in a
- changing environment.
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Exceptional analytical skills—able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actions across the member funnel.
- Proven experience managing complex organizations and leading
- functional projects with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to balance strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to delivery.
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- A proactive mindset, high ownership, and comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments.

Salary range: €24, 367 - €38, 290 base, plus variable and equity options. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. We offer benefits as listed below.
