POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to integrate into our Product team.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join Broadvoice and contribute to the product team across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Participate in
- functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development -
- impact analysis, deployment, and
- deployment activities. - Support product strategy throughout development; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications.
- Proactively identify problems in the product development lifecycle, outline options, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed.
- Rely on
- driven techniques to support decision making, including feature scoping/conceptualization, market sizing/go-to-market strategy, or product health metrics. - Champion coordination with Marketing and Operational teams and stakeholders to ensure delivered products meet original goals.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver value and, with Agile practices, write and approve user stories.
- Manage communication with key stakeholders to guarantee strategic alignment and coordinate product evolution.
- Anticipate upstream and downstream adoption strategy and work with internal business groups to meet strategic targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management (+5 years)
- Ability to think globally/strategically, frame complex issues, and develop
- centric products. - Strong interpersonal and English communication skills (mandatory), with proven ability to develop and maintain effective product roadmaps
- Experience informing product direction based on data with fast, iterative development
- Familiarity with collaborating with Designers, Architects, Engineers, and Quality Assurance professionals
- Know-how or proven experience in Telecommunications is a plus
