• Book and schedule everything from transportation to activities.
• Maintain seamless communication with both clients and suppliers.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all bookings and schedules.

What We Are Looking For

• A travel enthusiast with a knack for planning.
• Experience in tourism or travel industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work in a
