Descrição da Função

Position: Product Launch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development and launch of private label products across multiple categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories.
• Conduct market research, define product specifications, packaging strategies, pricing, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with suppliers (private label, packaging, logistics).
• Manage the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in product development and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive and results‑driven profile.
