T/Hardware components. Our reach serves facility managers, retail operations, hotels, cleaning services, and others needing maintenance.

What will you do?

Responsibilities

• Gathering and understanding customer feedback with empathy, analyzing the real impact on our
  - ' operations
• Balancing
  - term product vision with business and market needs
• Working on feature designs and specifications with the Design and Engineering teams
• Collaborating with the Sales Enablement team to enable internal teams on new product features
• Working with the Product Marketing team on GTM strategies, feature adoption and customer engagement
• Supporting Engineering throughout development to anticipate challenges and needs
• Analyzing metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance
• Being creative, a
  - solver, and an advocate for the customer
• Continuously learning and experimenting with new approaches
• Speaking fluent English and being an enthusiastic team player

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a product manager or in a similar role
• Strong willingness to impact customers daily lives and good time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication, customer focus, and ability to deliver
  - quality products
