The role:

We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to inspire innovation and drive the Trading Experience within Flutter. As a product experience expert, you’ll leverage data and insights to ensure Flutter’s brands optimize their trading experience to power their sportsbook products. You will be pivotal in delivering
- impact,
- focused solutions that align with both customer and business objectives.

This role sits within the Shared Platforms team and requires close collaboration with design, research, analytics, technology, and trading teams across Flutter. You will be responsible for overseeing the roadmap of current and future Trading Experience capabilities, aiming to create the most efficient and intuitive internal user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and support product strategy by connecting users, global products, and brand strategies.
• Lead
  - divisional forums to maximize the value of Trading Experience capabilities across Flutter.
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing capabilities.
• Use metrics to generate insights and create hypotheses to drive business and customer impact.
• Provide product support and consulting for initiatives involving multiple divisions or teams.
• Build strong relationships across business, trading, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops, strategy exercises, and
  - gathering sessions.
• Communicate product decisions, goals, and strategies to stakeholders across Flutter.
• Continuously engage with internal customers to gather feedback and evolve the trading experience.
• Maintain a close feedback loop to drive ongoing product improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• Customer focus with a passion for internal users and collaboration to enhance the trading experience.
• Effective communication skills to manage stakeholders and convey goals clearly across different audiences.
• Strong analytical and curious mindset with critical thinking and data interpretation skills.
