Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a global AI‑powered chatbot for technical information.
• Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, managing worldwide stakeholders who may not speak the technical language.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver product roadmap, focusing on feature benefits and business impact.
• Drive scalability and centralization of the product.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate a technical team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap execution.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Nice to have: background in engineering or technical chatbot solutions, experience with AI‑driven platforms.
