Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a global AI-powered chatbot for technical information (engineering)
• Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, managing stakeholders worldwide who don't speak the technical language
• Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on feature benefits and business impact
• Drive the scalability and centralization of the product
• Assume full ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept to delivery
• Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap execution
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Background in engineering or technical chatbot solutions
• Experience with AI-driven platforms
