About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Life Sciences portfolio. This is a
- impact role that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with
- functional teams across the organization.

• Optimize our life sciences traded products portfolio based on life cycle, product demand and new product introductions.
• Harmonize the assigned portfolio across global manufacturing sites.
• Serve as product champion and expert with internal collaborators, global marketing, sales teams, quality production, and customers.
• Support sales through the creation of product collateral and training materials, and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits.
• Collect and maintain data related to the market, product, capability positioning, and competitors, enabling
  - driven
  - making across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or similar applied science required
• 3+ years’ experience in related
  - facing applications, product management, or product development & commercialization roles.
• Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to make precise
  - driven decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
• Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will have product development experience, analytical testing, and instrumentation.

• Experience working in global

• Travel: approximately 25% (international).
