Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our HFT product vertical. This role is critical to our success, focusing on discovery, design and delivery trading systems where every microsecond counts. You will drive the product strategy for our HFT systems, ensuring sub‑millisecond latency and near‑perfect uptime, while balancing aggressive performance goals with robust risk management and regulatory compliance. You will act as the crucial link between our elite trading teams and world‑class engineers, translating complex quantitative needs into a clear, actionable roadmap that directly impacts our P&L and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop valuable and viable systems that consider the voices of business & commercial teams, trading & research teams, and engineering builders.
• Lead low‑latency system design and continuous improvement to achieve and maintain sub‑millisecond latency for critical trading operations.
• Maintain 99. 99% uptime for all critical trading systems and their underlying infrastructure.
• Shape and drive product activities with a relentless focus on commercial impact, directly contributing to P&L, market share and capital efficiency targets.
• Lead discovery, design and development of ongoing trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.
• Develop, own and clearly communicate the product roadmap, ensuring tight alignment between traders, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Oversee rigorous stress‑testing and back‑testing of trading systems.
• Integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the product roadmap.
• Manage key relationships with data providers and exchanges; continuously scan the competitive landscape for strategic opportunities.
• Act as central communication hub between traders, quants, engineers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable low‑latency or high‑frequency trading system experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to discuss complex financial models and trading strategies.
• Deep technical understanding of a modern electronic trading system, from market data ingestion to order execution.
• Solid understanding of financial trading principles and sophisticated risk‑management practices.
• Proven track record translating business and quantitative needs into clear, actionable technology requirements for engineering teams.

Beneficial Experience
