Product Marketing Designer - Documents

What will you do:
- Design various marketing assets such as banners, static and dynamic ads, and visuals for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik
Tok, App Store, and Google Ads. - Prepare all required materials for development, ensuring assets are
- structured and optimized for implementation. - Cooperate closely with the development team to ensure that marketing visuals translate into a seamless product experience.
- Participate in team rituals, share feedback, and contribute to ongoing design process improvements.
- Analyze and understand our communication strategy; suggest improvements that align with brand direction and user expectations.
- Communicate and present your ideas clearly to
- functional teams. - Reflect the company's values through your creative work and communication.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing design, with a focus on digital campaigns and performance ads.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong graphic design skills and excellent taste,
- Solid experience designing ad materials for mobile platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik
Tok, App Store, Google Ads). - Working knowledge of UI/UX principles, especially for i
OS and Web platforms. - Ability to enhance and animate your designs to demonstrate their dynamic potential.
- Comfortable using AI tools for both creative inspiration and automating routine design tasks.
- Proactive, structured, and reliable — you take ownership and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- English proficiency (B2+)
- Experience with animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.
- Previous exposure to motion design for showcasing ideas or enhancing user engagement.
